Can I see more than 50 leads in a smart list at a time?

I feel like this should be really obvious but I can't find it ANYWHERE. Can I see more than 50 leads in a Smart List at a time? If so, how?

I don't believe the system allows you to view more than 50 records at a time. If it exists, I've never seen it.
