Can i revoke a license and re-issue it for sales insight?

None of my sales team can set up their Outlook plugin because it says the credentials are not valid. Any ideas on why this may be?

Check the forums to see if others had this issue. Yes, you can revoke and reissue. If I recall, there's a procedure for doing this as the salesperson might have to clear their plug in.
