Can I edit an email once it is in the flow of the Event Campaign?

Hi guys,

I am relatively new to Marketo and need some help. If I am setting up an event campaign and subsequently sending out 4 emails total, but only have 1 ready to go (the wait time is 7 days in between), can I go in and edit the other 4 before they send? I will just need to unapprove them, edit them, and reapprove, correct? Or am I totally off base? Thanks!

Yes you can.  You don't need to unapprove first either, just click edit draft, make your changes and approve again when you're satisfied.

Just to be clear - you can edit any email or page after it's been approved and referenced in a campaign. A batch campaign does NOT process the email until it's Scheduled Time for that group of leads.

Just remember to re-approve when done, otherwise the original version goes out.
