Can clicking on a link download it AND transfer to another LP?

Hi,

I have a question about Landing pages but not sure if it's possible to do it in Marketo; namely I have a Landing Page where clicking on a link downloads a pdf. I would want to, however, cause that clicking on the link not only downloads the pdf but takes the person to another landing page at the same time, without the need to press on any other links.

There are no forms to fill out. In short, ideally I want the UX to be:

Land on LP1-> Click link-> a pdf is downloaded and at the same time a user is transferred to LP2. NO forms involved on LP1 (there will be a form on LP2)

Is that possible at all? Or am I missing a point and it's really simple?

You should move this question to Products​. "Community" is only for questions and ideas about how the community works.

With some JS, this is probably possible.

In the cracks between behaviors that are tricky-but-possible lie a few things that just can't be done.

Because of the way Marketo serves assets, unfortunately this requirement can't be done in a way that's even close to cross-browser. If you serve your assets from another server or via a CDN, it would be possible.
