Camtasia or BB Flashback for testing purposes?

Has anyone used BB Flashback or Camtasia products?

I like camtasia. It's fairly intuitive even for non AV geeks.

It's best to have a script if you're doing a big demo for your site though. Make sure to record in HD if you can.
