We are accessing the benefits of adding programs to the streams of Engagement Programs. Example: We have a program that contains information for a webinar and would like to add in that program at the top of the Engagement program so that leads in the program get the contents of that program first before receiving the remaining emails in the stream.
Are there other Business Cases were adding program to the Engagement Program is helpful?
Are there Business Cases examples where adding a program to the Engagement Program was not as helpful?
