I have a strange problem in the smart campaign that qualifies the new MQLs. normally the campaign works well, but lately, I have received alerts without
information about the contact (blank alerts) and also it does not register the activity of this
new MQL in the campaign but still sends the alert. I reviewed the campaign and everything is in order,

You'll need to move the thread to Products (Move link at the right). This isn't a support space.
After moving, add a screenshot of the Activity Log with the Send Alert activity. Something tells me it's being sent by another campaign.
