We have noticed a large amount of Bizible Attribution Touchpoints being deleted month-over-month. When investigating in our SFDC instance recycle bin, these were deleted by the Bizible Integration User (used as an API user for the Bizible to SFDC sync) and some were deleted only seconds after being created.
Our team is currently working with the Bizible support engineer team but was wondering if this has happened to any other Bizible users.
This probably seems like a one-off case where-in the integration user is deleting the touchpoints as Marketo itself recommends its users to not delete the touchpoints since that creates a hole in the attribution data. Support should be able to help you with the RCA for this and they can also help to re-import your deleted data.
