Hi all, Since April we have issues with e-mails lagging in delivery, both for ourselves in tests and also for our clients. Delay can reach 24 hours sometimes, and can arrive in bulk. Has your problems beed solved? What was the solution?
We had a 6 hour delay in sales emails being delivered starting around 1:30 pm ET on 5/20, and I opened a support case. The next day I reported that they had finally been delivered and tech support responded "We had cleared up some issues with our email servers very recently, and I imagine it was related to that. "
I am experiencing a delay in getting test emails to my Outlook Inbox, both direct tests and through a test campaign. This happens randomly, usually in the afternoon, I'm on the East Coast. This is very inconvenient, especially when you have a boss that needs instant gratification for everything. I can't send out emails without testing them, and when tests don't go through, it makes it look like I'm not doing my job.
