We have created reports in Marketo for our bounced leads, but need a way to surface the bounced leads with sales for follow-up by creating a salesforce report. Has anyone done this before or know best practice or where to start?
A couple options you could consider:
1. Track the bounces as a Campaign Member Status within the Salesforce Campaign, if you're using Salesforce Campaigns and tracking statuses. This will show on the Lead / Contact Campaign History.
2. Set a custom field in Salesforce indicating that the email address has bounced.
