I am new to Sales Insight and trying to understand how Best Bets are determined in Sales Insight. Is this concept used with record ownership in SFDC only or are there other ways to determine what a Best Bet would be for a SFDC user?
Best bets are based off record ownership, so it's best for a sales rep to own the records in their territory. It is all based off highest lead score and most recent activity. So the higher scores with the most recent score changes rank higher on the best bets list. You can help determine what a best bet is by adjusting your scoring program/campaigns in Marketo.
