Baidu Campaigns

Does anyone have experience with Baidu campaigns? I am trying to use a marketo landing page for this but there seems to be some restrictions on the domain having to contain .cn. Wanted to see if anyone has any experience with tis.

Can you use a .cn link shortener?  Looks like t.cn does this but I haven't tested it.
