Hi all, curious if anybody out there has had this same experience...
For a few months instead of building our monthly newsletter in the Marketo builder, we built it in BeePro (so much quicker and simpler) and pasted the html to Marketo. The emails looked great, but all our stats (opens, clicks, everything) were significantly lower. After a couple months and some testing, we switched back to the Marketo builder and all our stats were back up again, just as strong as they were before the switch.
We provided all the details to both Marketo Support and BeePro support, and neither were helpful in diagnosing the issue. Marketo Support just gave me generic deliverability advice without even addressing BeePro, and BeePro support just blamed Marketo.
I know other people have successfully used BeePro html in Marketo... is anybody else familiar with this situation?
Follow-up question, are there any free external builders similar to BeePro that you'd recommend checking out?
