Does anyone have a solution to get around leads not being updated by Marketo in SFDC due to custom validation issues? In this case, we have a Disqualified Reason that is required when the lead status is set to Disqualified. We merged two SFDC orgs together, so the data set that didn't use that logic has a lot of leads with a Disqualified status that now aren't being updated by Marketo due to that exception. Any ideas? Thanks!
Hi Trask,
The simplest way will be to run a quick smart campaign that selects all leads in the "Disqualified" status, and which "Disqualified Reason" is empty and set a value to the field with a data value change. Any value will work, including values that are not part of the picklist in SFDC.
