Challenge: our company keeps a log of all sent emails (comparable to screen shots) for later reference and to make the available to everyone else in the company / sister organisations etc. This was possible with a custom built email engine, but recently we started with Marketo and we face the challenge of how to maintain this log. Does anyone of you have experience with automatically creating a screen shot / landing page / pdf or something similar of each sent email?
We have a large team and it would take a tremendous amount of time to manually to this.

You can do this also by sending your emails to a seedlist or box on Litmus or another system to do what you need. As for compiling the library, that sounds like some custom code. Is it possible to leverage the existing old system to work in this way?
