Automatic Deletion of Non-Responding Leads Within a Campaign

Hi,
I am doing a last-chance mailer to an old list to encourage them to opt-in to a newsletter. I've set up a campaign that waits 3 weeks after the mailer goes out, then if my newsletter opt-in field is still false, I want to delete the lead completely from Marketo. However, the 'Remove from CRM' option is greyed out in my campaign - I can't change it to true. We don't have SFDC (don't go there!) so would that be why this is greyed? This is the nearest choice I can see to a 'Delete from Marketo' field.  Appreciate any ideas! Many thanks, Alison

Yes, this will delete the lead in Marketo and will give you the option to delete it in your CRM. You don't have any CRM integration so this is why it is greyed out.
We have a SFDC integration and have another option of "delete lead from SFDC" and a constraint of "delete from Marketo" (true / false)
