Is it possible to get an email performance report and a link performance report subscription as a one time email? i.e. 7 days after an email is sent, I want to receive those two reports, but I don't want to create a subscription and receive a weekly report since its only a one off email.

There is no way to automatically deactivate a report subscription. So the only way to do this is to create the report subscription to be sent (ex. Every Friday) so that it will sent next Friday which would be 1 week in the future. After that subscription is sent, you will have to manually delete the subscription so it does not run again the following Friday.
