Automated Lead Reporting

Company just started using marketo over a month and a half ago. I am trying to find the best way to make lead reporting automated. I want to make sure when the report is sent to the client that certain poeple are opted out of the report and the fake profiles are filtered out. I know I can add a filter for the people I want to exclude but how do I filter out 'bad' leads? (bad leads- leads that have fake phone numbers, not full addresses, or fake names).
I feel automating this is not going to be likely but I want to pick your brains for ideas.

This was very helpful. Now I know what filters to use for the email and the addresses, I forgot I could make a filter for 'not empty'.I also have to verify that the phone number field is filled and not fake. Which i can do that filter for 'not empty' and for verifying i will just have to skim through it myself.

Hey Katherine,

Unfortunately, you cannot create automated reporting that has Lead information at this time. Your best be is to create a smart list and set reminders for yourself to send.

That being said, there are a variety of filters you will need to create the list you are looking for. For address, you will need: Address, City, State, Postal Code, and Country. Set all of those filters to "is not empty". Marketo can't really help you with fake data unless you have a 3rd party data verification tool. To ensure a valid email address, however, add the following filters: Email Invalid and Unsubscribed. Set those both to "false". 

What other fields do you like to see to consider the Lead a complete record?
