Associate Lead - what does this mean?

We are capturing leads from our website's own form into marketo by  "munchkin javascript API". In some cases, some of  our lead's Original Source Type  and  Original Source Info are marked as "Munchkin API" and "Associate Lead".

Why we are getting like this? And the other leads are marked as "Web page visit" (Original Source Type) and landing URL for Original Source Info.

Please clarify.

HI Angelica, 

Marketo suggesting us to use their form to get rid of this issue. We have not completely migrated to marketo forms.
