Are we able to modify the 'Forward to a Friend' form?

I wanted to added a comment box to this form, and was wondering how it can be added/modified?

Are there any plans to allow this?
The main feature I'd like to be able to do is swap 'friend' out for colleague.

'Friend' isn't necessarily the word you want in a B2B email!
