Our company recently went through a rebranding launch. Part of this effort includs updating the emails in our engagement programs to our new branded email templates. My question is about the effect of dropping these new emails into our established streams. If we archive the old emails and name the new emails with the same name and add them to the dynamic streams will the members of that program who received the old emails not receive the new ones? I am trying to avoid emailing the same content in a difference email format to the same member of a program.
Engagement casts will only filter upon the whether a lead has been sent the same asset, naming the asset the same is not sufficient to filter the emails out from a cast. You may wish to create a new stream with the old but revised content, and add new program members to that one, while deactivating your old content in the existing stream and adding net-new content there.
