We get a fair amount of leads from our app on the SFDC appexchange and it seems like they tend to be unreliable information. On more than a few occasions I've heard from reps that they'll reach out to these leads and they've never heard of my company before. Has anyone else run into anything like this?
I understand the Appexchange lead process a bit and have set up Marketo programs to handle them from a source and data perspective, I'm more just curious about folks who encounter these and how they follow up.
