APIs to get all lists and smart lists?

Is it possible with the API to get all the current lists? All the current smart lists? I see listOperation to find out if a lead is on a list, but it seems to assume that I know which list I want.

In the REST API, you can use: http://developers.marketo.com/documentation/rest/get-multiple-lists/
