Has anyone else been experiencing trouble with RCA Sync? Specifically, RCA failing to include entire programs, not updating costs, etc.?
I've been going back and forth with support for almost two weeks now, and they've been 'fixing' several 'issues' and saying that it should work each time, but so far no luck. I'd like to know if anyone else is experiencing persistent issues with RCA so I can set my expectations as to whether or not this will get resolved in time for end of year reporting.
