Over the past few days, I'm noticing that I'm not receiving all email notifications when comments are provided to discussion threads that I follow (which happen when i participate in a discussion thread; or manually follow (inbox) a discussion thread). It's very sporadic. I may get one for a single thread, but all future ones aren't making it to my inbox. I've already investigated this extensively with our own deliverability team and nothing is being blocked - or sent to quarantine - from anything "@marketo.com". They've whitelisted everything.
same, I don't really get notifications for threads I follow anymore. I used to get them for convos I had bookmarked, but that doesn't seem to be happening anymore.
Interesting. If it really is an issue on Marketo's end, I hope they get it fixed. Otherwise, it'll be real challenging to keep members engaged - especially those that are part of active discussions.

And of course, ironically, I received an email notification with your reply, Darrell Alfonso! It seems that I receive the first one, then none thereafter. This thread is a good example: New email domain deliverability I received the first reply, but none thereafter.
Dan Stevens and Darrell Alfonso, please confirm that your preferences have not changed -- should be Inbox Activity/Email/All Activity.
