What the best practice for handling situations where leads have more than one email address? We often have leads (pre or post conversion) who would like all correspondence sent to an additional email address. I'd like to avoid setting up separate lead records for these cases if possible.
This is something that would be useful, but isn't possible without creating separate records (as far as I know or have experienced). For now, make sure the email address they wanted to be contacted at is listed as the Primary Email Address. We also have an Alternative Email Address field, but I have to admit it's not really used by anyone except our sales team as needed.
