Is there any way to send an alert to someone when an SFDC Campaign is created?
Use case: we're working with a number of people on a team who need to know when we've created the SFDC Campaign directly from each Marketo Program. There are some action items that need to be done once said campaign is in SFDC, which requires a whole lot of manual sending of emails. Needless to say, this chips away at time and leaves room for human error when it comes to communication.
Naturally, my next thoughts were creating an alert that automatically sends to the team upon campaign creation. Has anyone done this? I'm wondering if it's something that can be more easily done in SFDC, if at all.

Hi Jenn. This is best done in Salesforce. A simple process builder in SFDC could alert whoever you like (by email or in their Chatter feed) when a campaign is created by the Marketo sync user.
