I've completed a sync with MKTO and AC. My form fills trigger a user in Adobe Connect as 'Participant'. My event is coded as "Only registered users may enter the room (guest access is blocked)" I can't figure out how to trigger a user to be registered and not considered a 'guest'. Anyone have experience with this? I saw the member status 'Webinar > Registered Net New' - but I'm not sure how to use that (if that's even how I fix this problem) when there could be net new and not net new customers on the webinar.
I'm already a day late on my campaign because I've been trying to figure this out for too long!
