Hello!
I am trying to add a new Admin user to Marketo, I have their email as (example) xyz@blue.com. Their email or name is not listed as a user. When I added them as a user, I expect them to get a "Welcome to Marketo...." email but instead they get a " Hello User [name of person] has been given Admin rights to Marketo.." email.
Scrubbing the list of emails, it does not look xyz@blue.com has ever been in Marketo as a user or a lead.
Any insight would be helpful!
Did they also get a Welcome Email with link to set their pw as well sometime later or so? It's worth checking the non-primary inboxes / spam folders once. Also FYR, all the Admins get an email alert whenever a new admin is added to the instance (however I suppose only the already existing active admins should receive this email alert). If the new user never got the welcome email, I think this could be an isolated issue that support needs to look at.
