Adding leads to smart list

Does anyone know if a way to manually add a lead (or list of leads--new and existing) to an existing smart list? I have an list of leads that I would like to add to an existing smart list. Some of those leads are already in the lead database, and I want to manually add them to a specific smart list. Others are new leads that I would like to add to the same smart list.

A smart list is a dynamic pull. The criteria is always the same, but the leads who qualify can shift.

If you want to include a specific list of people you can try a few things:

1. Add Email Address="list of people" and be sure to use OR between filters if you are adding this group.
2. Add Member of List IN "X" if that group is already in an imported static list
3. use whatever criteria would match those leads. Country IS "Burma"

1. Put your leads (email addresses, etc) on a spreadsheet
2. Upload spreadsheet to a list
3. Include Member of List as a filter in your smart list

Depends how your leads are already in there or not.
