Adding Leads after Cast

Hi there, 

I have seen a few discussions on this, but I am looking for some specific help on this question. We have streams with cadences on a monthly basis. However, new leads get added on a daily basis, and we don't want the leads to wait 29 days until they recieve the first piece of content in the stream. 

Any way around this? should I shorten the length of time in the cadences, and just drop new content in on a monthly basis?

my work around for this is to have a stream with the initial touch email in a stream that casts daily, that way as soon as a person enters the campaign they get the initial touch. Then I have a smart campaign that moves them to a monthly stream when they are sent the initial touch. It's a little sloppy, but it keeps all the metrics and leads in the same campaign.

There's probably a more elegant solution for this, but this is working for us.

I think there's an idea posted to have the casts based on addition of the lead and not calendar.
