I have a smart campaign active with a wait step of 7 days first. And after a email is send.
Now I would like to add another wait step, and send another email. What will happen to the members who already received the first email? Will they receive the 2nd email as well? Or does this only occurs to new members?
As they already exited the flow after the original email, they will not receive the second email (nor will they ever encounter the new wait step).
