Adding alert emails to independent forms

Is it possible to add a sales email alert to an independent form (one not assosicated with a campaign)?

We have a form on one of our landling pages and would like to alert our sales reps everytime it gets filled out. Is this possible?

Any direction/clarification will be helpful!

Is the form a Marketo form? If so you can just create a smart campaign with the Smart List filter: Fills out form and the the flow would be to send an alert.

The form and landing page can be Design Studio's assets. They do not need to be local to the program.

You can use the trigger Fiils Out Form, referencing its name and, ideally, the landing page name.

The flow is "Send Alert" where the email is an approved one, either in Design Studio or the program.

I've used both a form and landing page from Design studio, or a stand alone form and landing page in a campaign not associated with a program.  Bgomes' instructions above works well.
