Adding a seed list to an email

What is the best way to do this? I cannot find any documentation. Right now I have a smart list set up for my email campaign that contains my lead audience, and then a static seed list; I can't figure out how to attach the seed list in additon to the smart list that contains my lead audience.

Your seed list is a smart list or static list correct? If not, you will want to make one of these first.

Add an "or" in your smart campaign's smart list, and say "member of list/smart list = seed list"

Double check that folks on your seed list are not unsubscribed, otherwise they will not be sent the email.
