My legal department is requiring me to add a link to our privacy documentation with every form I publish (Marketo or www); I need it to be below the submit button and preferably off to a side, or at least relatively small, so that it doesn't detract from my form, but isn't just a text element I deploy on every page I have a form on (I need to enforce the usage). I've tried adding a text field to the form, but I can't get it to the bottom, or even below the progressive profiling sections...
Is this possible?
I might do something like this: MktoForms2 :: Privacy Link
Of course the best CSS depends on your particular form. What I've done here is put the rich text link under the button -- what to do from there is up to you.
Couple of questions, since I'm not a real .js person...
1. where is the privacy link populated? I don't see it in the .js, is it in the form somewhere and then repositioned using the .js?
2. this seems to fix www. publishing by adding .js to the form embed, but what about Marketo pages where the form is dropped in?
