Abort campaign "If campaign exceeds x leads" rule in Email Send program

Hi There,

When setting up a smart campaign we have the option to abort a campaign if it exceeds x number of leads.  In a smart campaign we can edit this value.  Do we have that ability in the Email Send program as well?  I'm not seeing anything that looks like it.  Makes me think we have to setup smart campaigns if I'm going to conduct an email send to a larger size audience.

Enable Communication Limits - Marketo Docs - Product Docs is to prevent leads from getting more than X emails per day or 7 days. This applies to any Send Email campaign or program, including Engagements.

The smart campaign limit is for Campaigns only and is intended to block both emails and data flows that might exceed a certain amount

if you are an Admin, you can override the limit.

Thanks, I see that I can override and adjust the limit in Smart Campaigns, but is there a way to do the same thing in Email Sends that utilize the email send program and not a Smart Campaign to send it?  From the looks of it, it doesn't seem like there is a way, or am I missing something.
