Hi
Can any one clearly explain what is the difference between "opens" and "click to open %" in a/b testing.
Thanks

Hi Sujatha,
Suppose, you are doing AB testing on subject line:
Subject Line A: Test1
Subject Line B: Test2
Now out of these two which ever email has high open rate that will be consider as winner
Now Click to open% works on CTA basis. Eg. If email A had 1000 opens and 40 clicks (4%) but email B had 200 opens and 20 clicks (10%), email B would be declared the winner even though the absolute number of people who clicked is lower.
Thanks
