A/B testing using random sample

I created an A/B test to test 2 different email campaigns. I created one program, one smart list and 3 smart campaigns to test email.
Test A (random sample 10% gets Email 1),
Test B (random sample 10% gets email 2, Not received Email #1),

I'm trying to run the final batch (80% of remaining list, not received email 1 or 2 in past week) but I have zero leads in this particular campaign. I'd like this to go to the remaining leads in my smart list but omit the ones that received either test email. Have I set this up incorrectly?

Hi Kim,

Try using these filters to send to the rest of the 80%:
Member of smart list is X
Member of smart campaign not in Test A & Test B
