A/B Testing a Landing Page Template

I am trying to a/b test a landing page on Marketo, but the variable I want to test is the template. Does anyone know if it is possible to modify the landing page's template once it has been cloned for a/b testing?

Then you should create two templates.  What exactly are you trying to A/B test?
