Responsibilities
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce.com, such as lead scoring, segmentation, and data cleansing
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that measure the ROI of marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain processes to track the success of marketing programs
- Digital campaign execution for multi-channel marketing programs (events, webinars, email marketing, CTAs)
- Create assets (emails, landing pages, forms)
- Propose improvements to Marketing and Sales processes to drive speed and efficiency in systems
Required Skills/Experience
- Familiar with CRM (Salesforce.com or alternative) and marketing automation solutions (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.)
- Analytical mindset to draw conclusions from reports and offer insightful recommendations
- Ambitious attitude with the ability to thrive in a rapidly-changing environment while managing multiple projects
- Has solid attention to detail and time management skills
- Process and design oriented; enjoys solving challenging problems
- Team player who enjoys working in cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
- Stays up to date with Marketing Technologies
Preffered Skills:
- Marketo certified
- Revenue Cycle Analytics reporting
