As a member of the Marketing Team, the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Operations is responsible for identifying key opportunities to improve user engagement through improving technology, data, systems and process. He/she will develop road map to support digital marketing improvement with data and technology solutions. He/she will own marketing technology strategy as well as improve the operational process of campaign execution and deployment while driving direct e-commerce revenue and retaining customer loyalty.
