Building Robotics is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to establish a strong foundation for our B2B Marketing systems; create and maintain scalable processes for all Marketing activity, reporting, and database management; and help meet demand generation goals. The Marketing Operations Analyst will own and operate the Marketing tech stack, ensuring:
- Marketing systems and tools are integrated smoothly and used to their maximum capacity
- Marketing campaigns and system processes are well executed, documented, measured, and improved
- Marketing KPIs are tracked and met, and insights are produced and acted on
Building Robotics is the maker of Comfy, the world’s first intelligent software for on-demand, personalized comfort in the office. By connecting to a building's existing infrastructure, Comfy allows employees to make immediate adjustments via web or phone app. Over time, Comfy learns individual comfort patterns and adjusts accordingly, providing a sustainable and cost-effective solution to climate control within buildings-- and happier occupants!
The ideal candidate will be a lover of data, systems, and rules, with an eye for creative solutions to systemic infrastructure and integration. You’ll bring a smiling face and a go-getter attitude to the day-to-day management of the Marketing machine. Extra credit for dabbling in content creation and multivariate testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and execute Marketing campaign activity from a systems perspective
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to optimize Marketing campaign efforts and plan future campaign activities
- Run marketing automation system reporting and work closely with Marketing Director to develop insights that will govern data-driven marketing decision-making and planning
- Own integration, reporting, and syncing with CRM and other marketing tools
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams on lead scoring, lead queue monitoring, and lead quality improvement
- Work with Marketing Director to develop, maintain, and track Marketing metrics and KPIs across systems and channels
- Develop and implement system processes and best practices
ABOUT YOU
- At least 2 years working in database marketing, analytics, organizational performance or process improvement
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs, preferably Marketo and SFDC
- Enjoy "nerding out" and getting into the weeds to ensure the marketing machine is running smoothly from campaign implementation to analytics
- Self-motivated and eager to create processes and best practices from the ground up
- Desire to join a rapidly growing team and have a strong data-driven voice in the direction of future marketing initiatives
