Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and commercially astute Email Marketing Executive to work within the Marketing Services Team to help deliver global campaigns, interact with people from across regions and provide administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Build and deployment of email campaigns
- Working closely as part of the Marketing Services team to execute on key campaigns and activities
- Ownership of unique data set
- Scheduling, testing, and deploying a range of one-time, recurring and triggered campaigns
- Reporting on email campaign progress and recommending actions to improve
- Contributing to further optimize campaigns and carrying out tests
- A/B testing content
- Implementing email marketing best practices
- Own layout and landing pages for campaigns
Requirements:
- Essential - Experience of using email marketing software (Marketo or similar)
- Enthusiastic, friendly, proactive and approachable with strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail and quality of written communications
- Stakeholder management – ability to plan, communicate effectively, develop and maintain effective relationships
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Strong communication skills with confidence of presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- CRM (preferable)
- Excellent English written and spoken skills
