Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and commercially astute Email Marketing Executive to work within the Marketing Services Team to help deliver global campaigns, interact with people from across regions and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deployment of email campaigns
• Working closely as part of the Marketing Services team to execute on key campaigns and activities
• Ownership of unique data set
• Scheduling, testing, and deploying a range of one-time, recurring and triggered campaigns
• Reporting on email campaign progress and recommending actions to improve
• Contributing to further optimize campaigns and carrying out tests
• A/B testing content
• Implementing email marketing best practices
• Own layout and landing pages for campaigns

Requirements:

• Essential - Experience of using email marketing software (Marketo or similar)
• Enthusiastic, friendly, proactive and approachable with strong organisational skills
• Attention to detail and quality of written communications
• Stakeholder management – ability to plan, communicate effectively, develop and maintain effective relationships
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Basic understanding of HTML
• Strong communication skills with confidence of presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• CRM (preferable)
• Excellent English written and spoken skills
