- Conducting research on competitor products to hone in on our value proposition and competitive advantage
- Staying on top of trends, hot topics, and pain points in the facilities management industry
- Auditing and updating our existing content to ensure that it resonates with our audience and aligns with our messaging
- Creating and distributing new content and marketing collateral in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team
- Creating resources for internal sales enablement
- Collaborating with our customer success and development teams to ensure that all marketing content, support documentation, and product releases are up to date, accurate, and aligned with our messaging
- Building email campaigns in our marketing automation software (Marketo) and assisting with other marketing operations duties
Specifications:- BS/BA degree
- 2-5 years of software product marketing experience
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong relationship skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Experience using Marketo is preferred, but not required
