As a Partner Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for driving SMB growth on Pinterest. You will own the funnel end-to-end from the paid and organic acquisition strategy to executing effective lifecycle campaigns that nurture business signups to become active advertisers. The ideal candidate should be an active problem solver, employ an analytical mindset and design/execute campaigns to grow Pinterest’s SMB business.
What you’ll do:
- Lead paid and organic SMB partner acquisition strategy to improve top of funnel initiatives
- Develop end-to-end lifecycle programs nurturing new business signups to becoming active advertisers
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the SMB partner experience and devise campaigns to solve key issues
- Collaborate actively with product, marketing, designers, and writers on campaigns and strategies
What we’re looking for:
- Marketo Certified is a plus but not required
- Someone who’s interested in building big ideas, running with them and challenging the status quo. Ultimately, you’re a self-starter, someone who gets stuff done, and is ready to make a big impact.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing. B2B experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a love for using data to make decisions. Familiarity with SQL, SFDC and HTML is a plus.
- Experience with building and executing robust email marketing automation programs.
- Proficiency in paid social and search campaigns to drive acquisition and lead generation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a structured, honest and rigorous thought process.
- Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
