About the Role:
The Manager of Field Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns—ranging from direct mail to email to events—that drive quota attainment goals for market segments and product lines. Working in alignment with the marketing team and regional sales teams, this role will ensure that marketing programs and campaigns deliver leads and are positioned for field-specific opportunities. This role will also understand early childhood education market segments and the needs for each.

Build Marketing and Sales Pipeline
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute campaigns that populate the marketing pipeline and deliver leads to the sales field, including online and offline initiatives
  • Partner with the field sales team to develop and execute campaigns that meet regional/local market needs
  • Manage all aspects of Teaching Strategies’ event and exhibit promotional activities including staff
  • Create, manage, and keep up-to-date schedules of marketing activities and timelines
  • Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to inform subsequent campaigns
 Market Understanding
  • Develop and disseminate a thorough understanding of the market through segment profiles and personas
  • Provide input on market positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation into the marketing programs
  • Prepare background market research/marketing tools as needed for sales appointments
Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years outbound marketing programs experience within B2B/B2G/B2E environments;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline;
  • Demonstrated success executing integrated marketing campaigns with extended lifecycles;
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to quantified sales pipeline growth;
  • Success working aligned within a professional sales organization, understanding of market sales cycles, and utilization of best practices;
  • Experience with marketing automation preferred
  • Thorough understanding of sales & marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
