Glassdoor’s growing B2B Demand Generation team is looking for an Email Operations Specialist to help take our email channel to the next level. You'll be responsible for building complex nurture programs that improve the user experience and drive more leads and revenue. You have proven success managing and optimizing a variety of email nurture programs, ideally in a B2B Marketo/Salesforce environment.

About the Job

  • Design, build and manage sophisticated nurture programs for customers and prospects in various segments and funnel stages
  • Collaborate closely with email marketing manager and copywriters on nurture strategy
  • Regular reporting of email nurture performance, making recommendations and implementing improvements
  • AB test messaging, CTAs, content, subject lines and email cadence to constantly improve email performance

Experience

  • 2-3 years experience in lifecycle email marketing, ideally in B2B tech
  • Experience using Salesforce and Marketo certified preferred to execute marketing nurture campaigns (Engagement Programs) and track effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically and make recommendations for marketing and sales leadership
  • High attention to detail to QA emails and program operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Google Apps and Jira a nice to have
