Title: Marketing Operations Specialist
Location: Tempe, AZ Headquarters
Reports to: Director of Marketing
The successful candidate must have:
- Hands-on experience with Marketo – certification strongly preferred
- Experience with campaign performance metrics and reporting.
- Experience managing data in Salesforce and how it integrates with Marketo
- Hands on experience creating graphics in Photoshop or In Design
- High degree of organizational skill - requires the ability to balance and prioritize a multitude of requests, initiatives in various stages of completion
Ideal candidate would possess:
- Experience working on a creative team at a software company
- Basic HTML abilities
- Experience setting up complex workflows and an understanding of how leads flow through different campaigns using triggers and filters
- The ability to plan, develop and execute segmented marketing campaigns for different channels such as email, event, web form, social media and advertising programs
- Knowledge of A/B testing and best practices to optimize all aspects of campaigns
- Experience with tradeshows/marketing events
- An understanding of how Marketo pulls data from Salesforce using filters to create segmented lists
- Knowledge of maintaining data cleanliness between Marketo and Salesforce
- Experience with lead scoring, lead lifecycle and data management campaigns
- Proficiency in managing security, users, roles, groups, queues, and assigning leads in Salesforce
- Experience working with sales team as it relates to successfully executing a campaign, gaining buy-in and gathering feedback
