Marketing Coordinator - NYC

Confirmit is looking for a Marketing Coordinator in our New York office.  This position plays an important role on our very active team.  We’d love to hear from you!  Primary responsibilities include:

Email Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan and execute email campaigns and oversee their full cycle: development, segmentation and data processing, pre-deployment testing, quality control, and performance analysis
  • Provide analyses of email campaigns and recommendations for enhancing their effectiveness, the includes managing the templates, usage, optimizing the design where possible to increase effectiveness; in addition to all test recommendations and results to improve email performance metrics such as CTR, opens, etc.(via testing). Generate monthly metrics reports on all field marketing activities with analysis included. Monthly report generation
  • Provide email campaign quality assurance, ensure all Confirmit email campaigns remain CAN-SPAM and CASL compliant
  • Provide best practice recommendations to optimize overall campaign effectiveness
  • Recommend new and unique ideas to advance Confirmit’s email strategy

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Further the development of our social media marketing by exploring new ways to engage with social media with the goal of impacting business performance
  • Responsible posting decisions and regularly posting on behalf of Confirmit on our corporate social media pages
  • Encourage enterprise-wide involvement. Implement a social selling practice.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to incorporate social media at conferences and events
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly social media measurement and reporting

Conference and Event Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Responsible for pre-event coordination including preparing and sending relevant materials, creating the pre-conference handbook, coordinating booth schedule for employees, leading pre-conference calls with sales attendees and provide onsite support
  • Organize collateral and event materials as needed and ship to requesting offices or event locations
  • Responsible for post-conference activities including gathering feedback, ensuring leads are gathered and entered into Salesforce.com and Marketo as well as performing event evaluation
  • Assist in the planning of regional events, including site selection, event set up and coordination, registration, on-site logistics and attendee follow-up

Other

  • Act as day-to-day SFDC administrator responsible for managing user requests, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, and campaign management

We’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • A go-getter with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Someone who enjoys global teamwork and is excited about the opportunity to engage with colleagues to achieve goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Marketo and Salesforce
